The fine print:
booking + payment
- $75 non-refundable retainer required to book
- Remaining balance due on day before session or earlier
- Session will be cancelled and retainer forfeited if balance is unpaid the day of session
- Collection packages must be paid in full at time of first session, otherwise will be charged as individual sessions
group size
- Up to 6 people included in session price
- 7-10 people: +$50
- 11+ people: +$25 per additional person
- Pets welcome
Rescheduling
- Reschedule allowed with 7+ days notice
- Less than 7 days notice retainer is forfeited and new retainer required to rebook
- Emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis
Delivery + products
- Online gallery delivery
- Preview gallery available initially with low resolution watermarked unedited images
- Client selects images they wish to be included in final gallery
- At time of final gallery delivery, full resolution images without watermark will be available for digital download + occasionally additional images available for purchase
- Prints and products available for purchase through online gallery store
- Preview selection gallery typically available within 24-48 hours of session
- Final gallery delivery within 1-2 weeks of client selection
locations + outfits + posing + props
- Client-suggested or photographer-recommended
- Locations are scouted in advance when possible to evaluate environment, crowds, and lighting
- Photographer guided outfit recommendations
- typically coordinating outfits look great, matching outfits can work with smaller groups/families
- Photographer occasionally has neutral props/toys available, but clients are welcome to bring anything they wish to be included - blankets, toys, stuffies all make great photo additions
Military
- Free 5 image upgrade added to your session
- Mention at time of booking
- Available if any member of session is currently serving, has served, or retired

travel
- Mileage to session location up to 50 miles of Queen Creek included in price of session
- 51+ miles will have additional $0.75 per mile added to session price

FAQ
Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire session?
Session packages are priced by length, number of people, number of outfit changes, and desired number of delivered photos. Event packages are priced by length and desired number of delivered photos.
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Absolutely! I want to meet your expectations and I am happy to collaborate with you to make your vision for your session come to life.
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?
Almost always! If it is a location I have suggested, I have been there - probably dozens of times. If the location is specifically requested by a client and it is a public space, I will make every effort to visit it prior to the session. If the requested location is private (ex: a home) I will ask for reference pictures if I can't visit ahead of our session.
Do you provide guidance on locations and outfits?
Most definitely! I want you session to turn out just how you picture it. Vintage, romantic, fun, lifestyle - you name it and we can create it!
how far will you travel?
I live in Queen Creek, Arizona. Locations within 50 miles of Queen Creek are included in session prices (unless otherwise specified.) For location requests beyond 50 miles of Queen Creek, these will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to $0.75 per mile beyond the first 50.
